As you read the many times they did go to great effort for the benefit of another I am amazed that it all seemed to be a joyful thing to them. I then realized what is perhaps missing, what is forgotten in our Christian walk with all the duties and obligations. Bill was and Shirley still is, filled with a passion, a passion for others and a passion for Jesus Christ. When we are passionate about our life, and the presence of the Lord everything seems easier. He truly makes our burden light and allows us to enjoy Him and enjoy others around us.

It is because of Bill and Shirley that many have experienced, not religion, but what it means to know and experience a living personal God. This book is a collection of stories by some that were touched by this love.
